New Zealand’s only Effluent and Environment Expo is getting ready to kick off. Taking place at the Mystery Creek Events Centre in Hamilton, the expo runs over two days: Tuesday November 19 and Wednesday November 20.
The expo focuses on farm nutrient management advice, products and services. It’s aimed at showcasing all the solutions available within the effluent space, so that you can get your farm’s system up and running, with efficiency and compliance.
Among the exhibitors will be designers, irrigation specialists, storage and infrastructure containment facilities, flood washing and recycling, solids separation systems, cow housing infrastructure and machinery – to name but a few!
The keynote speaker will be Sir Graham Henry, former All Blacks Coach. He’ll be sharing his stories about team and culture change.
The event is free for farmers, and includes:
Watermetrics will be among the exhibitors at the expo, showcasing our water metering, Soil Moisture monitoring, effluent pond levels and other services. Water use is critical for those in the dairy industry, meaning it needs to be monitored so that its use is as efficient as possible, particularly around effluent challenges.
This event is a must for all Kiwi dairy farmers, as it provides information and contacts, discusses the pros and cons of different systems, rules and regulations in various areas, as well as what needs to be achieved on farm for compliance and future proofed systems.
It’s also a great opportunity to meet with colleagues in the dairy industry, with lots of networking prospects and the chance to get a look at the latest innovations in the industry.
Make sure you register, and we hope to see you there!
